1. Digital & Virtual Product Nature

PromptOmega par milne wale sabhi products (AI image generation prompts) digital, virtual aur downloadable formats me hote hain. Ek baar jab aap koi prompt purchase karte hain, toh woh instant deliver ya download ke liye unlock ho jata hai. Kyuki yeh physical goods nahi hain, isliye isme kisi bhi tarah ka Physical Return ya Exchange system nahi hota hai.

2. Refund Eligibility (Refund Kab Mil Sakta Hai?)

Normal cases me digital downloads par refund nahi diya jata hai, lekin niche di gayi exceptional situations me aap refund ke liye apply kar sakte hain:
